EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION

Staffing for USD 320 is reviewed continually. Enrollment patterns and student needs are the primary factors for the hiring of staff. The district has made a commitment to reasonable and manageable class sizes. Classroom assignments are made with consideration for that commitment. State regulation for caseloads, and student needs identified in individual education plans, are the two factors that contribute to Special Education staffing. Classified staff positions are dependent upon needs identified in the district and budget limitations.

All USD 320 schools are fully accredited by the state-administered Quality Performance Accreditation program. This program is based upon purposeful goals and systematic documentation of improved student performance.
