Use of Facilities

USD 320 facilities are available for community use outside of school hours. This includes outdoor fields, gymnasiums, commons areas, and the auditorium.

All facility reservations must be submitted through the Bound system and are subject to approval prior to use. A Facility Request account must be created and approved before requests can be submitted.

To request use of USD 320 facilities, submit a request through Bound.   Create an account here.

Once your account has been approved, you can submit reservation requests for available district facilities. Please review the Facility Use Guidelines before submitting a request.

How It Works

Sign in or create an account
Visit our Bound facility reservation page and sign in to your existing Bound account or create a new one.

Request facility access
If you are a new requester, create a Facility Request account and submit it for district approval.

Submit your reservation request
Once approved, select the appropriate facility or rental setup and enter the dates, times, event information, and other requested details.

Watch for confirmation
Submitting a request does not guarantee use of the facility. Please wait until your reservation has been approved before making plans to use the space.
