Understanding Our Calendars

Our website features two key calendars to help families, staff, and community members stay informed and organized:

Activities Calendar (Powered by Arbiter)
The Activities Calendar is a dynamic, real-time schedule of events taking place across all school buildings. This includes athletic events, performances, meetings, and other extracurricular activities. Unlike the Academic Calendar, the Activities Calendar is updated nightly at midnight to reflect the most current information. Users can subscribe to the calendar and customize their view using filters to show only the events that are relevant to their interests or school.

Academic Calendar
The Academic Calendar provides a static overview of the school year. It includes all key dates such as the first and last day of school, parent/teacher conferences, teacher workdays, holidays, and scheduled school breaks. Once approved and published, this calendar rarely—if ever—changes during the school year. Any adjustments are typically made when the calendar is revised for the following year.

Together, these calendars offer both long-term planning tools and up-to-date event information to help you stay connected with what’s happening throughout the district.

Severe Weather Information

Every precaution will be taken at the schools to protect the pupils. In the event of bad weather school may be closed or delayed. Please listen to the following radio and/or TV stations for closing information.
