USD 320 provides transportation to those students who qualify.  Your student qualifies for transportation if he/she meets at least one of the following requirements:

  • lives outside the Wamego city limit, but inside the USD 320 boundary. See Boundary Maps
  • has an IEP (Individual Education Plan) that qualifies transportation as a needed related service.

Shuttle Service is provided in both the morning and afternoon, between the four schools.

Shuttle bus service is provided to help decrease the distance in-town students have to walk to their attendance center.  Students may board a bus at the school nearest to their home and ride to the school they attend.

  • To insure safety and protect the rights of other bus passengers, misconduct on the bus or at shuttle stops will not be tolerated.  When a bus driver or bus stop monitor observes misconduct, the disciplinary procedures as outlined in the USD 320 Bus Discipline Plan will be followed.
