Launch the media gallery 1 playerMr. Meitler earned his Bachelor of Science in Education from Emporia State University in 2001. He went on to receive his Master of Science in Educational Administration from Fort Hays State University in 2004 and completed his education with a District Leadership Endorsement from Fort Hays State in May 2020.
Mr. Meitler began his career in education as a teacher in Hugoton in 2002, later joining Wichita Public Schools where he transitioned to the role of Data Leader in 2009. In 2015, Mr. Meitler became the principal at Ulysses, and in 2019, he was honored as Principal of the Year.
For the past five years, Mr. Meitler has served as the Assistant Superintendent and Director of Instructional Services for USD 320 Wamego.
