Turabian Citation Format


The following examples of  bibliographic citations may be used as guidelines for term papers.  Note that the second and succeeding lines are indented 5 spaces, the three main divisions -- author, title and publishing data -- are separated by periods, single spacing is used within a citation, and double spacing between citations.  Examples are based upon the Student's Guide for Writing College Papers by Kate Turabian, which should be consulted for types of citations not given in this brief guide, correct spacing, and typing instructions.
