STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: In the climate that surrounds the United States and its' neighbors there are varying questions which have arisen in many people's minds and in everyday situations. This document is an effort to provide concise, unbiased resources for the individual who is searching for information relating to the incidents that have sprung up in recent times.
