Mary Kaye Siebert, Ph.D., Director of Instruction
I have been in this position for 15 years and am passionate about education! Before taking this position, I taught sociology and psychology at the high school level. As the Director of Instruction for USD 320, I work closely with all of our administrators in the district, as well as teachers across the buildings, regarding all things related to curriculum, instruction and assessments. In addition, I coordinate the Mentor Program for new teachers in the school district. I am also a trained facilitator with the Center for Courage & Renewal, working with educators both within and across Kansas, to strengthen relational trust among adults in schools, and renew and sustain them in their work in schools.
