Required Forms
As per KSHSAA Rules/Guidelines, all athletes must complete and submit the following forms to the WHS Office or Coach prior to participating in any practices/activities.
Safety Videos
These videos MUST be watched and the form submitted via this link or as otherwise instructed by your coach prior to participating in any practices/activities.
Athletic Participation Fee
A Participation Fee of $35 must be paid prior to participating in the first game. This is a per-sport fee, so each sport your students wishes to participate in will require the $35 fee.
